As far as British winters go, this one’s not been too bad. Now that the ice has broken, and the lakes are starting to open more, there really is no excuse not to get out there. GIRLS RIDE DAY!!!

The first ever UK Girls Ride Day took place on Saturday 17th July at Quayside Wakeboard & Waterski. With over 25 girls riding, and many more in tow, the place was overflowing with ladies! We had exclusive use of the cable for girls only, prize giveaways from O’neill and Kesvegas, free drinks from Relentless, demo boards from Hyperlite, plenty of hotdogs, games and of course a great playlist!

23 JunToday I had a serious case of being in the right place at the right time. My Wednesday morning stepped up a notch when a dude from the newspaper came along and asked if I could hit the rail for the background shot whilst he photographed a car. I was stoked and got to it. Turns out it was big time photographer Neale Haynes, shooting with celebrity chef James Martin for the Mail On Sunday!
